Sales Executive

We are looking for a competitive and enthusiastic Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.
The responsibilities of sales executive include identifying and pursuing new sales prospects, meeting client needs regarding property and maintain customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills, feel comfortable to reach out to potential clients through phones/ emails, AZCA would like to meet you.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting market research for potential clients and their needs regarding property investment
- Pitching the company services and projects to potential clients through personal and company generated leads
- Setup Meetings with clients and maintaining customer relations through out the sale process
- Making and delivering presentations regarding projects to the potential clients and closing deals
- Managing and maintaining leads on CRM
- Arrange site visits for potential clients and brief them regarding the project
- Recording and maintaining frequent follow ups
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in sales preferably in real estate
- Hands on experience of CRM
- Excellent people and negotiating skills
- Sufficient knowledge of Microsoft office
- Minimum education I\Intermediate/high school
