Key Responsibilities:

3. Network Building: Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
4. Property Showings: Organize and conduct property viewings, providing clients with detailed information and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
5. Negotiation: Assist clients in negotiations with property owners and other stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties involved.
6. Feedback and Follow-up: Gather feedback from clients and provide exceptional post-sale service to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in real estate sales, property advisory, or a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of the Lahore real estate market.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to foster relationships and build trust with clients and collaborators.
6. Proficient in technology and digital marketing tools relevant to the real estate industry.
