Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for booking meetings through cold calling, following up via call/email, and using chat (WhatsApp) to generate leads and secure meetings. Additional administrative tasks will also be required. This is a target-driven role, where strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Book meetings with potential clients through cold calling.

Follow-up: Actively follow up with prospects via calls and emails to close sales.

Sell by Chat: Generate leads and secure meetings by sending 100-200 WhatsApp messages daily.

Administrative Work: Perform additional administrative duties as needed to support the team.

Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

Proven experience in booking meetings via cold calling and following up through calls and emails.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Sell by chat (WhatsApp) to generate leads and secure meetings (100-200 messages daily).

Ability to handle administrative tasks in addition to core responsibilities.

Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
