Location: Zaman Foundation, 21-Waris Road, Lahore

Position Status: Permanent

Job Purpose:

M&E Assistant will support the implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation activities.

Key Responsibilities:


• Assist in the development and implementation of M&E frameworks, tools, and systems.


• Support in data collection activities including surveys, interviews, field visits, and assessments.


• Enter, clean, and manage project data using software such as Excel or outlook.


• Assist in data analysis and preparation of regular reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).


• Assist in follow up of project teams on compliance tracking.


• Participate in training and capacity-building of staff and community members on M&E processes and tools.


• Perform any other duties as assigned by the M&E Incharge and CEO.

Qualification, Skills & Experience:


• Bachelor degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Development Studies, or related field.


• At least 1 year experience in M&E, preferably in development sector.


• Good skills in data collection, analysis and documentation.


• Good understanding of logical frameworks, results-based management, and performance indicators.


• Ability to work under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
