  • To improve and maintain Client satisfaction.
  • Work as a bridge between MTBC and US based clients for multiple reasons, such as;
  • Communicate any of the concerns raised by different MTBC Departments.
  • Provide the clients with ease of accessing a resource that will help them get answers to their day to day questions.
  • Routine Pro-active meeting over the phone with clients to make sure everything is being addressed from our end.
  • Responsible helping the company increase the retention with its clients/customers.
Job Specification
  • Be highly proficient in English
  • Should be able to speak English fluently with full confidence
  • Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally
  • Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.
  • International Call Center Experience will be added advantage
  • Good knowledge of computer Troubleshooting.
