We are looking for a motivated and client-focused
Client Relationship Associate
to join our team. The role involves building strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting business growth through effective communication and service delivery. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients achieve success with our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical, and support) to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Assist clients with onboarding, training, and understanding of services/products.
  • Track client accounts, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Resolve client issues effectively while maintaining a positive client experience.
  • Maintain accurate client records, communication logs, and account status reports.
  • Gather feedback and provide insights to management for continuous improvement.
  • Support the Business Development and Sales team in achieving revenue and growth targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client service, account management, or relationship management (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering value to clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
