Vendor & Client Relationship Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Vendor & Client Relationship Manager to help grow our e-commerce platform by building strong vendor and client partnerships. This role focuses on outreach, onboarding, and relationship management to expand the platform's reach and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through email, phone, and other outreach channels.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new vendors and clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors to ensure their success and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns that attract new sellers and buyers.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, vendor performance, and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure product listings, pricing, promotions, and vendor dashboards are accurate and up to date.
- Resolve vendor and client issues promptly and professionally.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends to identify growth and partnership opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketplace management, vendor/client acquisition, or sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with online marketplace operations and related tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs90,000.00 per month
