Junior Backend / Full-Stack Developer (Fresh - 1 year)

Would you be interested in working within a team that is building AI/ML enterprise software that automates business processes on a large scale?

We are looking for a Junior Software Backend / Full-Stack Software Engineer with interests in building enterprise-grade automation tools and ML models, for our Islamabad office.

Must have

  • Hands-on experience with Java-8/11/17 or similar (such as C#/.Net)
  • Familiarity with Spring, Hibernate, and web services
  • Strong understanding of data structures like linked list, queue, stack, hashmap, and their performance and efficiency considerations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design complex algorithms
  • Experience in coding multi-threaded applications

Should have

  • Experience with Selenium / Puppeteer is a plus
  • Exposure to AI/ML-based applications or curiosity about AI/ML
  • Experience with Python or other web development stacks is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with unit testing using JUnit
  • Knowledge of build tools like Maven, Gradle; cloud deployment experience is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services like AWS / Azure / GCP
  • Experience with web frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue is a plus
  • BSc/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

You will work on innovative projects at the forefront of AI, ML, and automation, rather than simple CRUD applications.
