Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and proactive Upwork Freelance Bidder to join our team. This is a commission-based remote opportunity, perfect for someone who is motivated to work with a growing team and deliver creative solutions to clients globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Search and apply for relevant projects on Upwork and similar platforms.
  • Write customized, client-focused proposals that increase chances of winning.
  • Coordinate with our team to ensure proposals align with our service offerings.
  • Maintain communication with potential clients until the project is closed.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets to maximize your commission earnings.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience bidding on Upwork or similar freelancing platforms.
  • Strong proposal writing and English communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and present our services professionally.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and reliable.
  • Willingness to grow with a new startup.
