Job Summary

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic member to join our bidding team in the Business Development group and help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective bidding strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Experience: 4 - 8 years

Responsibilities

  1. You will be directly responsible for driving end-to-end sales through online bidding, for our services, from prospecting to closure.
  2. Bid effectively to create a work pipeline. Achieve targets while ensuring profitability through margins.
  3. Work closely with managers and the team to meet targets.
  4. Build a customer database and follow up on old leads as needed.
  5. Interact with customers and the project development team for smooth project execution to ensure client retention.

Ideal Candidate should have

  1. A university graduate; Masters (Computers / Business) is preferred.
  2. 4+ years of experience in bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, and other online job portals.
  3. Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
  4. Strong analytical mindset, self-motivated, and disciplined.
