Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications

  • Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator
  • Ideally, you also have experience with Zoho SalesIQ, People, and Recruit, along with other Zoho applications to help our clients
  • You are familiar and experienced with REST APIs, building widgets, and extensions, even better
  • Fluent command of the English language is a requirement

Responsibilities

  • Focus on developing our external and internal projects. It is expected that you:
  • Follow internal processes as outlined via the Project Manager, and found in Zoho Learn
  • Integrate 3rd party applications to the Zoho system
  • Create widgets and extensions in the Zoho system
  • Design and develop web and mobile apps as required by our clients
  • Utilize Zoho projects to manage tasks and projects effectively
  • Proactively communicate with the rest of the team via Cliq (internal messaging tool) when needed
  • Expand your knowledge by continuously obtaining new certifications and completing courses along the way
  • Contribute to the overall implementation plan by providing feedback to the Project Manager and Client Success Manager
  • Communicate effectively with other members of the team
  • Help train other team members when you see an opportunity to teach them something new
