We are seeking to hire a highly skilled and motivated Zoho CRM Specialist/Developer to manage, customise, and enhance the Zoho CRM platform and associated applications for one of our clients in the European region.

This is a contract-based full-time opportunity located in Lahore.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of the Zoho suite, strong proficiency in Deluge scripting, and a passion for optimising business processes. You will be the go-to expert for all things Zoho, working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to translate business needs into powerful, scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • [3-5]+ years of hands-on experience as a Zoho CRM Administrator and Developer.
  • Proven, strong proficiency in Deluge scripting is essential. Please be prepared to share examples of your work.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Zoho CRM platform, including customisation, configuration, and administration.
  • Demonstrated experience building complex automation using Workflows, Blueprints, and Schedules.
  • Strong understanding of Zoho Analytics for creating advanced reports and business intelligence dashboards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users
