The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in furthering project goals. As a project coordinator, you will coordinate ongoing and upcoming software development projects, monitor project plans, schedule work hours, organise and participate in stakeholder meetings, and ensure that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Coordinate day-to-day operational aspects of multiple assigned projects including business, operational, and internal projects.
  • With the process engineering team, create and maintain comprehensive project engineering documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, sprints, project schedules, and work hours on software used.
  • Establish partnerships cross-functionally as necessary to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or any other related field.
  • 0-6 months of relevant experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic, reliable and responsible. Can take up tasks with minimum supervision.
