What You Will Be Doing
  • Develop AI-driven test automation frameworks that adapt and evolve with the product for enhanced test coverage and efficiency.
  • Leverage GenAI tools to analyze testing results, identify defect patterns, and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Utilize GenAI to simulate user behaviors, stress conditions, and edge cases, proactively identifying potential issues before they affect users.
What You Won't Be Doing
  • Maintaining outdated, manual test scripts that don't evolve with the product.
  • Waiting for build failures to identify regressions.
  • Relying solely on traditional testing methods without AI integration.
Key Responsibilities

Drive high-quality product releases by implementing AI-powered QA automation and conducting quality audits to ensure bug-free performance.

Basic Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in QA engineering, with expertise in test automation frameworks.
  • Proficiency in utilizing or developing with GenAI tools for QA or development purposes.

Position Details

This is a full-time (40 hours/week), long-term position. The role is immediately available and involves entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
