Assistant / Deputy Manager Networks & Information Security

Degree in CS / IT / Telecom, equivalent, or higher. Certifications (CCNA) preferred.

Essential Responsibilities and Job Duties

  1. Experienced supporting LAN/WAN infrastructure for Pakistan and international-based operations.
  2. Experience in Cisco Meraki Environment management is mandatory, including Cisco Meraki Firewalls, Routers, Switches, and Wireless.
  3. Experience in Azure/AWS Networking and Systems/Environment management.
  4. Experience with SD-WAN technologies.
  5. Building/installing network appliances (On-Prem & Cloud).
  6. DMZ, VLAN, and specialty connections administration, VPN / RPC-HTTPS configuration support.
  7. Configuration and administration of Internet filtering appliance.
  8. Strong technical writing/documentation skills for networking infrastructure.
  9. Microsoft-centric environment (2019 Server, Win10 & Win11 Desktops).
  10. General scripting skills for command line executions.
  11. Security and Authentication systems.
  12. Understanding of MS O365 environment.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  1. 5+ years' experience as a Network Administrator.
  2. Degree in CS / IT / Telecom, equivalent, or higher. Certifications (CCNA) preferred.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Original, creative thinker with the ability to formulate and express a contrarian viewpoint.
  5. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
