  • As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging potential candidates to fulfill the talent needs of our organization. You will play a crucial role in building a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing requirements. Your primary focus will be on understanding the job requirements, identifying suitable candidates, and facilitating their journey through the recruitment process.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Candidate Engagement: Proactively reach out to candidates, maintain regular communication, and provide information about job opportunities and company culture.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or database.
  • Coordination: Coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Feedback Management: Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and recruitment best practices to enhance sourcing strategies.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the company positively in all candidate interactions, promoting our employer brand and values.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Job Specification
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
