Nutrifactor has invested heavily in extensive manufacturing, well equipped laboratory, modern instruments, efficient distribution and warehousing capabilities that position us for future growth and allow us to serve better both domestically and internationally.
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic National Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive nationwide revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring high-performance sales teams across multiple locations. This role requires a strong leader with in-depth market knowledge, customer-centric strategies, and a results-driven mindset.
Qualifications:
- MBA (Marketing) / Pharm-D / BS/MS in Nutrition Sciences or a related field
- 3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in Nutraceutical/Pharmaceutical industries
- Age Limit: Up to 40 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.
- Oversee regional sales teams, ensuring performance alignment with company objectives.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
- Monitor customer and market dynamics, identifying new sales opportunities.
- Implement customer service best practices to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Lead sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to optimize business growth.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring long-term brand loyalty.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive insights to refine sales strategies.
