
Lead Generation Via Social Media Specialist

We're looking for a driven and creative Social Media Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist to scale our outbound strategy through non-traditional, high-impact growth hacking methods. You'll be responsible for building, managing, and scaling cold outreach systems using multiple social media accounts to generate qualified leads and start meaningful conversations with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
Execute and optimize cold DM campaigns across Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Build and manage a system of aged and burner accounts to maximize reach and avoid platform limitations.
Implement multi-account outreach strategies to scale lead generation efforts without triggering spam filters.
Leverage automation tools to streamline outreach workflows, while keeping personalization and engagement quality high.
Continuously test and iterate messaging, account setups, and outreach tactics to improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with the growth team to align outreach with campaign goals and audience targeting.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to identify what works and double down on it.
Job Specification:You should have:
Proven experience in cold outreach via social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
Deep understanding of growth hacking principles and outbound lead generation tactics
Experience managing multiple aged/burner accounts at scale
Familiarity with DM automation tools (Phantombuster, TexAu, HeyReach, etc.)
A/B testing mindset and data-driven decision-making
Ability to write concise, compelling cold messages that convert
Creative problem-solving and willingness to experiment outside the box
