Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and creative specialist to spearhead our social media outreach and lead generation efforts.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing cold outreach campaigns across various social media platforms to generate qualified leads and foster meaningful connections with potential clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing and refining cold DM campaigns on Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Designing and managing systems of aged and burner accounts to maximize reach and circumvent platform limitations
  • Implementing multi-account outreach strategies to scale lead generation efforts without triggering spam filters
  • Leveraging automation tools to streamline outreach workflows while maintaining personalization and engagement quality
  • Continuously testing and iterating messaging, account setups, and outreach tactics to improve conversion rates
  • Collaborating with the growth team to align outreach with campaign goals and audience targeting
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in cold outreach via social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • A deep understanding of growth hacking principles and outbound lead generation tactics
  • Experience managing multiple aged/burner accounts at scale
  • Familiarity with DM automation tools (Phantombuster, TexAu, HeyReach, etc.)
  • An A/B testing mindset and data-driven decision-making approach
  • Ability to craft concise, compelling cold messages that convert
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to experiment outside the box
