Job Specifications:
We are a company manufacturing & marketing OTC (Medical Devices) and Derma Cosmetics brands for domestic and exports.
We are looking for Manager Sales & Marketing having either OTC/Consumer or FMCG products marketing & sales experience. He would be responsible for following:
– Should be able to work closely with different teams to create and execute marketing initiatives that resonate with the target market and increase sales.
– Should be able to develop budgets, forecast sales figures and assess KPIs and ROI, along with having a good understanding of consumer behavior, up-to-date market trends and continuously monitor competitor activity.
– Should be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, developing go-to-market strategies and reporting on brand performance.
– To assists in the marketing and selling of company's products and to create competitive advantages for the company in the market.
– Responsibilities would include generating unique sales plans, help create engaging advertisements/promotion campaigns, developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing resource objectives.
– To represent the company's brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
– Must have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills and possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of products, competitors and market.

Qualification and Skills Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration preferable in Marketing
2. 10 years' experience in marketing or sales management.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
4. The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
5. The ability to work under pressure and lead team.
6. Understanding of working with outside agencies
