Assistant Manager – Outreach, Organic Growth

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Assistant Manager – Outreach, Organic Growth & Social Media to lead our international and local digital outreach initiatives, drive organic growth, and own our social media presence. The ideal candidate will transition our outreach efforts from traditional methods to modern, scalable, and software-driven strategies while still utilizing conventional channels where necessary.
You will also be responsible for ideating and executing content strategies, driving SEO, and managing events (both virtual and in-person) to generate engagement, leads, and brand awareness.
Outreach & Organic Growth (International Local):
- Lead international outreach efforts for new business and brand visibility across Canada, the Middle East, and the US.
- Phase out cold calling by introducing modern tools and automation for LinkedIn, email, and other digital outreach.
- Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns via:
- LinkedIn automation and messaging
- Cold/warm email campaigns (automated and personalized)
- Calling campaigns
- LinkedIn automation and messaging
- Launch outreach campaigns for new products/services in the Pakistani market.
- Regularly evaluate outreach tools and CRM integration to enhance lead quality and response rates.
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and own the company's social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
- Ideate, plan, and execute content calendars across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Drive measurable growth in impressions, engagement, and followers.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Monitor trends, track performance metrics, and optimize based on analytics.
Content Development & SEO:
- Oversee the creation of high-quality written and visual content for blogs, social media, and campaigns.
- Ensure on-page and technical SEO best practices are implemented across the website.
- Drive off-page SEO by building backlinks, citations, and partnerships.
- Contribute ideas and copy for blogs, newsletters, landing pages, and organic lead-gen content.
Event Management:
- Plan and execute online (webinars) and offline (in-person) events to engage prospects and customers.
- Coordinate logistics, promotions, invites, and follow-ups for each event.
- Ensure all events meet predefined KPIs and support broader outreach goals.
- Lead post-event engagement efforts, including community building and remarketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital outreach, and/or social media management.
- Proven track record of running successful outreach or organic growth campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with email/LinkedIn automation tools
- Strong knowledge of social media tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a cybersecurity, SaaS, or B2B technology environment.
- Exposure to marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Experience managing remote outreach or international lead-gen campaigns.
