Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Owner at a Poultry Farm located in Islamabad. The Business Owner will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the poultry farm, managing staff, ensuring the health and welfare of the poultry, monitoring and improving production processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Business Owner will also be responsible for financial management, budgeting, and developing strategies to improve profitability and sustainability of the farm.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing day-to-day farm operations, including staff management and poultry health
  • Knowledge of production processes and ability to monitor and improve them
  • Understanding of safety and regulatory standards in the poultry farming industry
  • Financial management skills, including budgeting and cost control
  • Strategic planning and business development skills
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site and manage a large-scale poultry operation
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the poultry farming industry is a plus
