Job Opportunity: Aesthetic & Cosmetic Surgeon (Case-Based Partnership – Lahore DHA)

Location: DHA, Lahore, Pakistan Engagement Type: On-Call / Case-by-Case with Potential for Full-Time Compensation: Fee Share per Case (No fixed salary)

We are an upcoming premium aesthetics and wellness clinic in DHA Lahore, is expanding its services and seeking an experienced and certified Aesthetic & Cosmetic Surgeon to join our mission of delivering world-class cosmetic enhancements in Pakistan.

Required Surgical Expertise

We are looking for a surgeon confident and skilled in performing all types of the following:

Breast Augmentation & Lifting
  • Silicone or saline implants
  • Autologous fat transfer
  • Breast lift (Mastopexy) with/without augmentation
  • Correction of asymmetry, implant revision surgeries
Buttock Augmentation
  • Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL – Fat transfer)
  • Gluteal implants
  • Combination augmentation & contouring
Rhinoplasty
  • Open and closed rhinoplasty
  • Structural correction, tip refinement
  • Ethnic and revision rhinoplasty
Facelift & Facial Rejuvenation
  • SMAS and deep plane facelifts
  • Mini facelift, neck lift
  • Thread lifts (optional but preferred)
  • Jawline definition and midface lift
Hair Restoration Surgery
  • FUE and FUT methods
  • Beard, eyebrow, and temple reconstruction
  • High graft-count procedures
  • Pre/post care protocols
Ideal Candidate
  • PMDC/PMC-certified medical professional with specialization in plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, or dermatologic surgery
  • At least 5 years of hands-on surgical experience in aesthetics
  • Demonstrated portfolio of successful aesthetic procedures
  • Strong communication skills for patient consultation
  • Open to working on case-to-case basis, with flexibility for future full-time engagement
Work Model
  • Flexible consulting: You'll be called in when a serious lead is generated via marketing
  • Conduct in-clinic consultation with the patient
  • Perform surgery at our partnered OT facility or hospital setup (we handle bookings/logistics)
  • Receive your share of the surgical fee, including incentives for post-op care
  • Assist with follow-up and recovery support (telephonic or in person if needed)
