Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion UI Designer to join our design team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing user experiences through engaging motion graphics, animations, and transitions. You will work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and product teams to bring interfaces to life and communicate functionality clearly and intuitively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and animate UI elements such as buttons, transitions, page flows, microinteractions, and onboarding animations.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of motion into digital products.
  • Translate static designs into engaging motion concepts and prototypes using tools like After Effects, Lottie, or Principle.
  • Advocate for motion design as part of the overall user experience and interface strategy.
  • Ensure motion enhances usability and accessibility, not just aesthetics.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent motion design system aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Participate in design reviews, feedback sessions, and iterative development cycles.
  • Stay current with motion design trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Animation, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in motion design, UI animation, or interaction design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing motion design in digital products.
  • Proficiency in motion tools such as Adobe After Effects, Principle, Figma (with prototyping), and Lottie.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, design systems, and responsive design.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with 3D motion design tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards for motion (e.g., reduced motion settings).
  • Ability to create motion guidelines and documentation for development teams.
