Waada Digital is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering impactful training sessions focused on enhancing communication, product knowledge, and customer handling skills for customer service representatives and call center agents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct onboarding and refresher training programs for call center/customer service representatives.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions that improve communication, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Use data-driven insights to track, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Create professional and visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint and Canva.
  • Utilize Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis, performance reporting, and maintaining training trackers.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and QA teams to proactively identify training needs and close skill gaps.
  • Represent the training team in meetings and effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in training or a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for simplifying complex concepts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Canva, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
  • Focused on enhancing agent productivity and policyholder satisfaction.
  • Prior experience in a sales training or call center training role is a plus.
  • Adaptability to create hybrid, virtual, and in-person training modules - driving innovation in training.
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging and impactful training programs.
