Art Director Position

We are seeking an experienced Art Director with a passion for visual storytelling and animation. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on creating high-quality animations and managing a team of junior designers.


The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in visual design, animation, or art direction, and a strong portfolio showcasing animations, illustrations, and design systems. They should also have hands-on experience with animation tools, such as Lottie and After Effects.


The successful Art Director will lead the visual design direction for our educational platforms, create engaging animations and visual assets for web and mobile, and oversee and guide junior designers to ensure consistency and quality. They will also maintain high design standards across all deliverables and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on visual goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the visual design direction for our educational platforms

Requirements:

  • Excellent aesthetic judgment and attention to detail
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
