Trainee SQA Engineer

HR Force International is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee SQA (Software Quality Assurance) Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in software quality assurance. You will work closely with experienced SQA professionals to learn software testing fundamentals, quality assurance methodologies, and tooling while contributing to our software products.
Responsibilities- Assist in developing and executing test cases and plans under the supervision of senior team members.
- Participate in testing activities such as functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Learn to identify, document, and track software defects using testing management tools.
- Collaborate with developers and team members to meet quality standards.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving testing processes.
- Stay updated with software testing best practices and emerging technologies.
- Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of SDLC and software testing principles.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and respond positively to feedback.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Hands-on experience in software testing.
- Work alongside experienced engineers.
- Build a foundation in software quality assurance.
