
Agency Partnership Program Specialist

As an Agency Partnership Program Manager at DigitalOcean, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing cloud computing. In this role, you will report to the Manager of Agency Growth and lead a team focused on expanding our agency partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will become a key player in driving revenue growth through strategic agency collaborations.
What You'll Do:- Identify, recruit, and onboard new digital agencies in the Cloudways Agency Partnership Program
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with agency partners through consistent communication and support.
- Provide agencies with the necessary training and resources to effectively promote and implement Cloudways' hosting platform.
- Develop and deliver partner documentation and resources to facilitate agency success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute co-marketing activities and campaigns with agency partners.
- Work closely with the Partner Marketing Manager to identify new revenue gain opportunities.
- Build and optimize communication workflows of the program.
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Revenue growth (ARPU and ARRR)
- Agency partner satisfaction and retention rate
- Co-marketing count and effectiveness metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years in partner management, business development, or a similar role within the SaaS or digital marketing industry.
- Demonstrated experience working within a digital agency or consulting for agencies, providing a deep understanding of agency operations and client management.
- Familiarity with cloud hosting concepts and the unique needs of digital agencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and international team environment.
- Experience in account management, project management, digital strategy, or technology roles at a SaaS business or digital agency.
