As an Agency Partnership Program Specialist at our company, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing cloud computing. Reporting to the Manager of Agency Growth, you will lead a team focused on expanding our agency partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will become a key player in driving revenue growth through strategic agency collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Onboard New Agencies: Find and recruit new digital agencies for our Cloudways Agency Partnership Program, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Build Strong Agency Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with agency partners through consistent communication and support, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Provide Agency Support: Offer agencies the necessary training and resources to effectively promote and implement our hosting platform, ensuring their success.
  • Develop Partner Resources: Create and deliver partner documentation and resources to facilitate agency success, meeting their unique needs.
  • Collaborate on Co-Marketing Activities: Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute co-marketing activities and campaigns with agency partners, maximizing their impact.
  • Analyze Partner Performance: Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing or Business: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Partner Management Experience: Possess a minimum of 3 years in partner management, business development, or a similar role within the SaaS or digital marketing industry.
  • Agency Expertise: Demonstrate experience working within a digital agency or consulting for agencies, providing a deep understanding of agency operations and client management.
  • Familiarity with Cloud Hosting: Familiarize yourself with cloud hosting concepts and the unique needs of digital agencies.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities, essential for building strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Show proven analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork: Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and international team environment.
