About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Build & Scale: Develop high-performance web/mobile apps with seamless UX
  • Design Systems: Craft RESTful APIs, microservices, and efficient databases
  • Lead & Collaborate: Drive decisions with product, design, and engineering teams
  • Elevate the Team: Mentor juniors and champion best practices
  • Optimize: Automate deployments (CI/CD) and leverage cloud tools
  • Stay Ahead: Adopt emerging tech to keep our stack cutting-edge

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's in CS/Software Engineering or equivalent
  • 5+ years of full stack development experience

Back-End Mastery

  • Core: PHP (Laravel), Node.js, Python (Django/Flask)
  • Security: JWT, OAuth, RBAC
  • Bonus: Redis, microservices, or cloud (Azure)

Front-End Skills

  • Bonus: Vue.js, WordPress, or SEO savvy

DevOps & Tools

  • Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud familiarity (Azure preferred)

Culture Fit

  • A problem-solver who thrives in teamwork
  • Strong communicator (English fluency a plus)
  • Adaptable to night shifts (6 PM - 3 AM)

Nice-to-Haves

  • GraphQL, automated testing (Jest/PyTest)
  • Agile/Scrum experience (Jira/Trello)
  • Open-source contributions or UI/UX passion
