Role Description

This is a contract-based role for a Full Stack Web Developer. The role is hybrid, based in Islamabad with some remote flexibility. You'll be responsible for developing and integrating full stack web portals using modern technologies. The ideal candidate must be able to commit at least 8 hours per day, as the project has tight deadlines and demands consistent delivery and focus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain full stack web applications using Next.js (React) and Node.js
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
  • Implement secure user authentication and role-based access control
  • Ensure responsive design and cross-platform compatibility
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Collaborate with frontend, backend, and DevOps teams
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and security of web portals

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Next.js, React, Node.js, and Express.js
  • Strong experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or equivalent databases
  • Familiarity with AWS, Stripe, or similar integrations is a plus
  • Experience with version control (e.g., Git)
  • Ability to troubleshoot and debug across the stack
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be able to commit at least 8 hours/day consistently
