We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Research Assistant to support the CEO and other C-level executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing executive calendars, conducting research, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth coordination of daily activities. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the CEO's and other executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations to support executive decision-making.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO, executive team, and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and proofread correspondence, documents, and reports with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on pending tasks, emails, and commitments.
  • Support in preparing agendas, minutes of meetings, and action items for executive meetings.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive and business-critical information.
  • Perform other administrative and research-related duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Research Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across different levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
