THE DIVISION

NEWSTAR Enterprise, a product of Constellation HomeBuilder Systems, is an ERP software system designed for residential construction, land development, and business management. It helps make faster decisions, reduce costs, and drive growth.

Constellation HomeBuilder Systems, part of Perseus and an Operating Group of Constellation Software Inc., provides software and services to select public and private markets.

THE POSITION

The successful Senior SQA Analyst will work on the homebuilding industry's leading enterprise software product.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Write SQL queries to validate data integrity and support testing efforts.
  2. Understand and analyze how customers use our land management software (use cases).
  3. Focus on user experience, implementation success, and operational stability.
  4. Perform system, functional, regression, and back-end testing to prevent bugs.
  5. Document test plans, cases, and bugs in Azure DevOps.
  6. Collaborate to meet milestones, release dates, and sprint goals, ensuring maintainable software.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work on first attempt, adhering to QA best practices and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with defect management tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills supporting a high-morale, collaborative environment.
  • Understanding of the Accounting domain is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or JD Edwards is a plus.
Working hours:

6 PM PKT to 3 AM PKT (8 AM ET to 5 PM ET)
