Job Overview:

We are looking for confident and fluent English-speaking Telesales Executives to work remotely and generate qualified leads for our Dubai real estate team. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, pitching our services, and booking appointments with interested buyers or investors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to leads and cold prospects
  • Clearly communicate Dubai property investment options and benefits
  • Generate and qualify leads by identifying interest and intent
  • Set appointments for Dubai-based real estate consultants
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, call activity, and follow-ups
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly lead generation targets
Requirements:
  • Proven telesales or telemarketing experience (real estate preferred)
  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Confident, persuasive, and sales-oriented personality
  • Goal-driven mindset with the ability to handle rejections professionally
  • Stable internet connection and quiet home office environment
