Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Telesales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our outreach program, the successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, showcasing products/services, and generating leads or sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Initiate outbound calls to prospect clients from provided leads.
  2. Clearly communicate product/service details and foster interest.
  3. Respond to customer inquiries and objections with professionalism and tact.
  4. Maintain accurate records of calls and responses.
  5. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets by leveraging effective communication and time management skills.
  6. Follow up with interested prospects to ensure seamless customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent verbal communication skills in English and Urdu. Prior experience in telemarketing/sales is advantageous but not necessary. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working remotely and adapting to rotational shifts. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools are also essential.
