Role Overview

We're looking for a highly motivated Technical Project Manager with a strong background in full stack development (Angular, React, NestJS, NextJS, Python) to take complete ownership of multiple client-facing SaaS products. This role blends leadership, technical architecture, project delivery, and direct client engagement—perfect for someone who thinks strategically and executes tactically.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Ownership:Manage and deliver end-to-end software projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients—gather requirements, provide regular updates, and ensure delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Technical Oversight: Architect, review, and guide implementation of full stack solutions using Angular/React (frontend) and NestJS/NextJS/Python (backend).
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead developers; establish best practices; foster a high-performance culture.
  • Agile Execution: Plan sprints, allocate resources, manage priorities, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold code quality, scalability, and security standards; conduct code reviews and testing protocols.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements for productivity and product excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 5+ years hands-on in full stack development, with recent experience managing projects or teams.
  • Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Angular and/or React (frontend); NestJS, NextJS, and Python (backend).
  • Project Management: Strong track record delivering complex web/app projects end-to-end.
  • Client Facing: Excellent communication skills and experience in client engagement and requirement gathering.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and grow engineering teams.
  • Methodologies: Solid experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices.
