We are a well-established and growing construction company in Pakistan, engaged in delivering Industrial, commercial, residential and infrastructure projects. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to hire a "Senior Finance Manager" with a strong foundation in accounting and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor and control project budgets, costs, and cash flows.
Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies (FBR, SECP).
Oversee tax filings and compliance (income tax, sales tax, withholding tax).
Monitor market trends and provide insights to enhance the company's competitive edge.
Manage working capital, ensuring sufficient liquidity for ongoing projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field(CA/CMA finalist preferred).
Completed Articles from a recognized audit firm (ICAP/ICMAP preferred).
4–5 years of experience (for CA/CMA 2-3 years of post articles, construction or real estate sector preferred).
Strong grip on financial regulations, FBR compliance, and IFRS.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or Xero).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
