Role Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Johar Town, Lahore. As the first point of contact for our clients, the ideal candidate will deliver exceptional support, address inquiries, and ensure a seamless and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot issues, providing effective solutions or escalating to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to offer accurate information.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and technical issues using internal CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with development and sales teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvements in support processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing support or service role is preferred.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with software development processes or technology products is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
