Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team in Islamabad/Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will have a background in Medical Laboratory Technology or Microbiology and a passion for building client relationships and driving sales. This role involves promoting our products/services to healthcare professionals and institutions, with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinical laboratories, or medical diagnostics

* Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or Microbiology (mandatory)

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment

* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Solid understanding of the Islamabad/Rawalpindi market, with familiarity with key customers and major healthcare institutions in the region

Key Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain strong client relationships

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities

* Promote and sell products to hospitals, labs, and medical professionals

* Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets

* Deliver product presentations and maintain sales records

* Stay informed on products, market trends, and competitors

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
