Job Description:

Socratic Marketing is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and driving sales for Rafay Mall Apartments, a premier real estate project. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide property solutions.
  2. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
  3. Manage client inquiries and follow up to close deals.
  4. Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
Requirements:
  1. 1 year of sales experience (Real estate experience mandatory).
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  4. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  5. Residents of Rawalpindi Cantt will be preferred.
