Purpose:
To lead the design and execution of reward strategies, organization design initiatives, and
performance management frameworks, while driving policy development and leveraging HR data
and analytics for strategic decision-making. This role supports the overall enhancement of People
Operations through structured systems, processes, and insights.Key

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end management of the employee rewards cycle, including bonus,
    increment, and recognition programs.
  • Conduct internal equity reviews, market benchmarking, and compensation analysis to
    ensure competitiveness.
  • Drive the annual performance appraisal process, including system management,
    communication, and post-appraisal reviews.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and advanced
    Excel for data-driven insights.
  • Draft and update policies across all domains of People Operations, ensuring consistency,
    clarity, and compliance.
  • Partner with leadership to roll out new policies and processes across teams effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, internal controls, and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with Finance to manage payroll-related inputs and approvals.
  • Respond to employee queries related to rewards, policies, and performance with clarity and
    confidentiality.
  • Support initiatives related to organizational structure, role mapping, and data audits.

Requirements

Incumbent's Profile:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
    field
  • 3–5 years of experience in Rewards, Policy Development, and HR Data Analytics
  • Prior exposure to organizational design or structural realignment is a plus

Skills & Competencies:

Technical:
  • Proficiency in Advance Excel (Expertise with Power Bi are plus)
  • Experience with HRIS or payroll platforms
  • Strong understanding of compensation and performance management processes
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulatory compliance

Behavioral:
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Collaborative, proactive, and process-oriented
