Position: S.r IT Executive (System & Implementations)
Working Days: Mon - Fri (Onsite) Bahadurabad, Karachi.
Timings: 6 PM - 3 AM (Night Shift)

Job Overview:
This is a hands-on technical role that will involve supporting and maintaining the company IT systems, ensuring high availability, security, and efficient operations of all infrastructure components.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the implementation and migration of Microsoft 365 services across the organization.
2. Coordinate with different teams to ensure a seamless transition from G-suite to M365.
3. Administer and configure Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.).
4. Administer and manage Active Directory (AD) environments, including user accounts, groups, organizational units, and group policies.
5. Oversee Active Directory replication, domain controllers, and security configurations.
6. Configure, manage, and maintain DNS and DHCP servers for the organization's network.
7. Administer and configure Cisco routers, switches, and networking hardware.
8. Configure and maintain VPNs, VLANs, and routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP).
9. Manage and maintain virtualized environments using Microsoft Hyper-V.
10. Configure virtual machines, virtual networks, and storage systems within the Hyper-V environment.
11. Develop and implement disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans (BCP) to ensure minimal downtime and data loss.
12. Manage backup systems and ensure data recovery procedures are up to date and tested regularly.
13. Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including setup, configuration, and patch management.
14. Monitor server health, manage performance, and troubleshoot server-related issues.
15. Ensure proper security configurations, including the application of security patches and updates.
16. Manage and troubleshoot server hardware, including installation, configuration and maintenance.
17. Assist with hardware procurement, lifecycle management, and ensure all systems are operational.

1. 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Cisco routers, Hyper-V, Windows Server, and hardware management.
2. Previous experience in disaster recovery planning and execution is highly desirable.
3. Strong experience with Microsoft 365 migration, setup, and troubleshooting.
