Redefining Primary Healthcare

About the Program:

  • PPHI Sindh, in partnership with the Department of Health, Government of Sindh, invites applications from capable matric-passed women from various Union Councils in Sindh.
  • The program aims to enhance maternal and child health across Sindh.
  • PPHI Sindh will cover all training expenses.
  • Trainees will receive a stipend of PKR 10,000 per month during the training period.
  • Upon completion of training, successful candidates will be employed at health centers in their respective Union Councils.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Female candidates must be matric-passed (preferably in science) with a minimum of 140 marks.
  • Age should be between 18 to 40 years.
  • The training course spans 24 months at a private midwifery school.
  • Candidates must participate in the board examination conducted by the Sindh Nursing Examination Board upon completion of the training.
  • Selected candidates must sign a surety bond committing to work with PPHI Sindh for a minimum of three years post-training. If the bond is violated or training is left incomplete, candidates will be liable to cover all expenses.

Required Documents: Applicants must submit the following certified documents along with their application:

  • Matriculation Certificate and Marks Sheet
  • CNIC (National Identity Card)

Application Deadline:

  • Applications must be submitted to the PPHI Sindh District Office by September 19, 2024.
  • Interviews will commence immediately after the deadline.
