Position: Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure strict adherence to quality standards across all manufacturing processes
  • Lead and participate in internal audits and support external inspections (DRAP, ISO, etc.)
  • Prepare, review, and manage SOPs, QA records, and other compliance documentation
  • Implement and monitor CAPAs, process validations, and change controls
  • Drive continuous improvement in QMS and promote a culture of regulatory excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality initiatives

Requirements

  • Education: Pharm-D or a relevant degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Biotechnology
  • Experience: 2–3 years in QA, preferably within medical device or pharma manufacturing
  • Must have hands-on experience in QMS (Quality Management System) and IPC (In-Process Control)
  • Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory standards
  • Proficient in documentation, audits, and cross-departmental coordination
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
