Job Description
  1. Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in procurement management at a senior level.
  2. Ability to undertake large-scale, diversified, and technology-oriented procurement assignments.
  3. Well-versed with PPRA Rules and their effective application in practice.
  4. Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and vendor management, especially in Government and Semi-Government Departments.
  5. In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and regulatory frameworks.
  6. Familiarity with technology-related procurement.
  7. Knowledge of World Bank and international organization procurement guidelines.
  8. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  9. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Educational Background
  • 16 years of education in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.

Terms & Conditions
  • Selected candidate will be hired initially for a contract period of 5 years (extendable if required).
  • The management reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
  • Candidate shall be disqualified if false information is provided.
  • Age relaxation of 5 years is already included in the above age limit.
  • Selected candidates shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
  • Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide/attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of application submission.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible.
  • Attested degrees from the Higher Education Commission (HEC) must be provided at the time of interview. For foreign degrees, equivalency from HEC will also be required.
  • Females, minorities, transgender, and differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Electronic gadgets, mobile phones, smart watches, etc., will not be allowed during the interview.
