This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate financial management, compliance, and reporting across industries. INTECH's commitment to financial excellence ensures you will play a critical role in optimizing financial performance while maintaining stringent control over accounting practices.Our Finance and Accounts services demonstrate our commitment to maintaining financial integrity, ensuring smooth financial operations, and supporting decision-making processes.**What You'll Lead and Deliver*** Compile, analyze, and present monthly management reports to support strategic decision-making.* Ensure reports are accurate, comprehensive, and delivered in a timely manner to senior management.* Highlight key financial metrics, operational performance, and variance analysis.* Calculate and review WIP to determine the progress and profitability of ongoing projects.* Coordinate with project teams to gather necessary inputs and validate the financial treatment of WIP.* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.* Prepare detailed monthly P&L forecasts to provide visibility into expected financial performance.* Collaborate with various departments to gather budget assumptions and prepare the annual budget.* Monitor variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, providing insights and recommendations.* Develop, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards to visualize financial and operational data.* Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, dynamic, and tailored to the needs of different stakeholders.* Continuously update data models and integrate new data sources as needed.* Reconcile all bank accounts monthly to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.* Identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly to maintain clean and reliable financial data.* Perform data cleansing activities to improve data quality and consistency in financial systems.* Analyze and report profitability at the product level to support strategic pricing and resource allocation.* Ensure accurate allocation of revenues and costs to respective product categories.* Present findings with insights on trends, opportunities, and performance drivers.* Provide analytical support and financial insights to aid business decisions.#### Requirements**To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:*** ACCA Qualified or CA Finalist with 2 + years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related fields.* **Proficiency in Power BI** is an indispensable prerequisite.* **Demonstrated hands-on experience with Power BI & Excel** is mandatory, including dashboard development, data modeling, and report automation.* Strong command over Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools will be an added advantage.* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.* Capability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.* Effective verbal and written communication skills.* Ability to collaborate across departments and engage with stakeholders at various levels.* High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and reconciliations.* Willingness to take on ad hoc assignments and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.**We Offer Competitive Benefits:*** **Global Exposure:** Opportunities to work on international projects and collaborate with global teams.* **Competitive Compensation:** A salary package that recognizes your expertise and contributions.* **Annual Bonus:** Performance-driven rewards based on your gross pay to celebrate your achievements and contributions.* **In-House Lunch:** Delicious meals provided during work hours to keep you fueled and focused.* **Health Insurance:** OPD coverage for you and your parents, plus IPD coverage for you and your dependents.* **Learning Opportunities:** Access to training programs, workshops, and certifications to enhance your skills.* **Work-Life Balance:** Paid time off, including annual leave and holidays.* **Inclusive Environment**: A workplace that celebrates diversity and fosters collaboration.At INTECH, you will have the opportunity to work with a globally renowned industrial automation and digitalization technology company.
