In This Role, You Will:

Manage the availability of the Transport Network and Optical Fiber media by implementing proactive measures to ensure fault-free communication for our customers.

How You Can Demonstrate Your Talent:

• Manage the network availability of Optical Fiber media, implementing proactive measures to ensure fault-free communication.
• Resolve critical issues and faults in the Metro Network, and report to higher management as required.
• Utilize resources efficiently and forecast procurement needs timely.
• Implement company policies within the network domain as per SOP.
• Develop and execute contingency plans for OFC, OFS, and Wireless system failures.
• Oversee the quality of transport infrastructure operations as per SOP, supervising facilities provided to corporate clients to enhance revenue.

What You Need to Be Successful:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Communication, or an equivalent field.
• Experience with optical fiber networks in reputable organizations.

Competencies:

• Project Management
• Vendor Management
• Fault Management
