As a Junior Network Engineer at HR Force International, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily network operations. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and collaborate with our experienced network team. You will assist in the management, configuration, and monitoring of our networks, ensuring their smooth operation and security.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in routine network operations and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Collaborate with team members to design and implement network solutions.
  • Help in the installation and configuration of networking equipment.
  • Participate in creating and applying security measures to safeguard network integrity.
  • Support redundancy planning and coordination with ISP.
  • Conduct network performance tests and monitor network access.
  • Provide level-one support for escalated network issues.
  • Troubleshoot user issues on Mac and Windows systems.
  • Document and report daily activities and network changes.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Certifications such as CCNA are a plus.
  • No prior experience required, but internships or related coursework are beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Cisco hardware and networking software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Flexible to work in different shifts.
