Your Responsibilities:

Search and bid on relevant Upwork projects in our niche.

Write compelling, customized proposals for each client.

Communicate with clients, understand their project needs, and schedule calls.

Achieve daily/weekly bidding goals and maintain reports.

Collaborate closely with our design and strategy team to ensure proposal accuracy.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Strong understanding of Upwork's algorithms, proposal strategy, and client engagement.

Knowledge of the presentation design or creative industry
is a plus.
