Barq Dev is looking for a SQA Engineer with 6 months to 1 year of experience. The candidate should have a good understanding of software testing concepts, with hands-on experience in testing web applications, APIs, and backend systems.

Position Overview:

Support the creation and execution of test plans, cases, and scripts. Perform manual and automated testing on web, mobile, and desktop applications. Report and track bugs using issue tracking tools. Collaborate with developers to understand features and functionality. Conduct functional, regression, usability, and performance testing. Participate in test reviews and suggest improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience
  • Degree in BSCS, IT, or Software Engineering
  • Basic knowledge of functional and regression testing
  • Experience in test case writing and bug reporting
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira
  • Basic programming logic: exposure to Python, Java, or JavaScript
  • Able to write simple SQL queries
  • Exposure to tools like Selenium, Postman, or Cypress
